First Aristoil Plus Living Lab
On March 10 was successfully held the first Living Lab. Aleksandar Dabović, the Mayor of Ulcinj, greeted the participants and emphasized the importance of networking in the olive oil production sector, considering that the olive oil is the main bearer of our national identity, as well as the importance of the institutional support to this important asset of our city and country.
The engaged experts presented the main goals of the Aristoil plus project, as well as the goals of the Living Labs activities, where the joint action of institutions, producers and other important actors will produce a label that symbolizes extra virgin olive oil that positively affects health or HEVOO (Healthy Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
As an important part of this activity, were presented the guidelines for the production of olive oil that has properties that have a positive effect on health, as well as health claims for such oil.
The second Living Labs event is expected to take place soon, where we will work together to further define the label (bottle collar) that represents Healthy Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
